Based on a site visit and an analysis of the competitive environment, Montenius Consult created a list of suggestions for possible further leisure activities and concrete recommendations for the future development of the location.
For the second time ten ski resorts in the Sauerland and Harz mountains used QMF in the 2013/14 season to monitor customer satisfaction. Due to only four days of operation in some cases, the number of visitors fell both in the ski areas as well as on the survey compared to the previous winter.

In December, the ski area will start an all new operation for the 2013/14 season, with a new chairlift, additional runs and for the first time also with guaranteed snow thanks to the new snowmaking system.
